Section 1 - Products and Accuracy

We specialize in high-quality porcelain and ceramic products (mugs, vases, bowls, etc.). While we make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately, please note that due to the nature of kiln-fired ceramics and varying monitor displays, minor variations in color and glaze may occur. These are not considered defects but are unique characteristics of the craftsmanship.

For custom-designed products, you agree that the final output may have slight variations from digital mock-ups due to the physical firing process.

Section 2 - Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Section 3 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or UK local regulations, rules, or laws; or (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Angados Porcelain Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
