2. Customization & Intellectual Property Rules

We offer customized ceramic products. When submitting any text, images, logos, or designs ("User Content") for bespoke manufacturing, you strictly agree to the following:

• Copyright & Trademarks: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the User Content or have obtained official permission to use it. You may not upload any copyrighted imagery, trademarked logos, or intellectual property belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Offensive Material: You may not submit designs that are sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise highly offensive.
• Indemnification: Angados Porcelain Ltd takes no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from designs submitted by customers. You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless against any legal claims, damages, or costs resulting from the production of your submitted designs.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review any orders or submissions. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access to our site if we reasonably determine that a user has violated this AUP.
