1. 14-Day General Return Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a general return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original professional packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to a product quality issue, receiving the wrong item, or damage during transit, Angados Porcelain Ltd will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a "change of mind," dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong size/style, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
3. Conditions for a Full Refund
We guarantee a Full Refund to your original payment method under the following circumstances:
- Damaged on Arrival: Ceramics are fragile. Despite our professional packaging, if your item arrives broken or chipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
- Delayed Delivery: We are committed to strict delivery timelines. We will issue a full refund if your order is not delivered within our promised timeframes:
- Standard Items: 3 to 14 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Items: 10 to 30 business days.
- 90-Day Quality Guarantee: We stand by the durability of our Jingdezhen porcelain. If, during normal daily use within 90 days of receipt, the product develops manufacturing defects such as spontaneous cracking, severe glaze deterioration, or pattern fading, we will provide a full refund.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number, the email address associated with the purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If the claim is for damage or a quality defect, you must attach clear photos of the item and its original packaging.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card via Stripe) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
