• Worldwide Express: We proudly ship to customers globally via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
• Processing Time: Standard items dispatch within 1-3 business days. Custom/Personalized items dispatch within 5-10 business days due to bespoke production.
• Estimated Delivery:
  • Standard Items: 3 to 14 business days after dispatch.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: 10 to 30 business days after dispatch (including production time).
• Shipping Rates & Customs: Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. For all international orders, we ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis; you are responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes.

Returns & Damaged Goods

• 14-Day Return Policy: You may initiate a return for unused, non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original professional packaging.
• Custom Orders (Exception): Personalized and bespoke ceramic items are not eligible for 'change of mind' returns or exchanges. They can only be returned if they arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing defect.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • If it's a quality issue or shipping damage: Angados covers 100% of return shipping.
  • If it's due to personal preference ('dislike'): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Damaged on Arrival: If your fragile porcelain arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence to support@angados.com. We will provide a full refund or free replacement immediately.

90-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand by our craftsmanship. If, under normal daily use within 90 days of receipt, your product develops manufacturing defects (like spontaneous cracking or severe fading), we will provide a full refund. This does not cover damage from misuse (e.g., dropping or microwaving items with metal trim).
