Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship globally using trusted international couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT to ensure your porcelain arrives safely.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For standard items, delivery typically takes 3 to 14 business days. For custom or personalized items, please allow 10 to 30 business days, as these require special firing and production time.
Q: Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
A: Yes, international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through our payment gateway, Stripe. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
Returns & Guarantees
Q: What if my ceramic item arrives broken?
A: While we use professional packaging, accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@angados.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
Q: What is your 90-Day Quality Guarantee?
A: We stand by the craftsmanship of our Jingdezhen porcelain. If your product develops manufacturing defects (like spontaneous cracking or severe fading) within 90 days of normal daily use, we will provide a full refund.
Q: Can I return a custom-made item?
A: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke items, we cannot accept returns for a "change of mind". We only accept returns for custom items if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
Product Care
Q: Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
A: Most of our standard porcelain items are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, for items with gold/silver plating or complex hand-painted decals, we strongly recommend gentle hand washing to preserve the artwork.
