Angados Porcelain Ltd is proud to offer Worldwide Shipping. We partner with top-tier international couriers (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT) to ensure that your fragile ceramic items are delivered safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facilities subject to the following timelines:
- Standard In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Because these items require bespoke production and firing, processing can take between 5-10 business days before dispatch.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the destination country and the shipping class of the items (e.g., Standard weight for coffee mugs vs. Oversized/Heavy weight for large vases or bulk sets).
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (Global): 3 to 14 business days.
- Custom Orders Delivery (Global): 10 to 30 business days (inclusive of production time).
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier operational issues. We will notify you promptly if a significant delay is expected.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Please be aware that Angados Porcelain Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We ship all international orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be abandoned or returned to us at your expense, and we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any potential refund.
5. Damages During Transit
We utilize highly secure, professional packaging (including inner boxes, export pallets, and wooden crates where necessary) to protect your ceramics. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours at support@angados.com with photographic evidence.
